Donations Policy:
All donations made to Telugu Satram Trust are considered final and non-refundable. As a charitable organization working solely on public donations, we are committed to utilizing every contribution to its fullest extent in supporting our mission to provide food to the needy.
Confirmation of Donations:
Upon successful completion of your donation, you will receive an acknowledgment via email. This confirmation serves as a receipt for your contribution. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at sharmavasu@gmail.com
Incorrect Amount of Unauthorized Transactions:
In the event of an error in the donation amount or an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at sharmavasu@gmail.com . We will work with you to address the issue promptly.
Event Cancellation or changes:
If a fundraising event organized by Telugu Satram Trust is canceled or rescheduled, and you have made a donation in connection with that event, please contact us for information on refunds or adjustments.
Refund Request Process:
Telugu Satram Trust will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your donation, providing a detailed explanation of the circumstances leading to your request. Refund Approval:
Refund requests will be evaluated by Telugu Satram Trust, and approval is at the discretion of the trust management. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
